Counseling services can be difficult to find and expensive once you find them. I believe that mental health should be affordable to everyone. This is why I created my online group classes, to find a more affordable way to help everyone in their self growth. My classes are developed to help individuals find better ways to love themselves and to discover their unconditional self value.

Passion brought me into this field and to this day drives my work. I try to work with each of my clients individually, getting to know each person and cater my practice to ways to work with you specifically.
